Return Policy

At Patrond, we want you to love what you wear 
If you receive a wrong product, damaged item, or size issue, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags & packaging should be available
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days
  • Products bought on sale/offer may not be eligible for return

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refund Details

  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 working days after approval
  • In COD orders, refund can be processed through bank transfer or UPI

Exchange Policy

Need another size? No worries 
We offer size exchange subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products
  • Products damaged by customer
  • Gift cards or special custom orders
