Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions.

Delivery delays can occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or high order volume. Patrond is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Please ensure your address is accurate and complete. Patrond is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may reattempt delivery. Repeated failed attempts may lead to order cancellation.
